URBO Refund & Exchange Policy

At URBO, every piece is made with premium fabrics and crafted for timeless comfort and style.
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tag and label must remain attached — removal of the tag makes the item ineligible for a refund.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Orders above 50 KD qualify for free delivery. In case of return, original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.


Exchange Eligibility

If you prefer to exchange instead of refund:

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.


Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale.

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Items damaged from wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@urbowear.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number.

  2. Specify whether you’d like a refund or exchange, and which item/size applies.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. After inspection, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed.
