So I asked one question:

I didn’t find the answer in stores — so I booked a ticket to China.
There, I spent days inside one of the world’s largest fabric trading zones. Thousands of factories. Endless samples. Endless promises. I tested everything. Touched everything. Rejected almost all of it.
Then one factory told me the truth.
The quality I was looking for does exist — but it is not found in ready stock.
It is expensive.
